Through design, innovation and following green practices, we aim to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space.

At SPACETECH we are enthusiastic and motivated to better understand and integrate new technologies in our designs to provide a sustainable and eco-friendly buildings to the society, promoting national green footprint. We aim to work extensively with our Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors in order to achieve both national and international accredited ratings such as IGBC's LEED and USGBC's LEED etc. With this vision, we have already begun promoting eco-friendly initiative by employing some of the technologies in existing projects as mentioned below:

• Waste Water Management through use of STP to provide treated water for flushing and horticulture requirement
• Electrical supply through Solar panels for street lights, ground level parking area lights and landscape lights
• Timers with auto on/off switch for landscape/facade lights and street lights for energy saving purpose
• Rain Water Harvesting System to accommodate proper collection and discharge of rain/storm water
• Installation of CFL/LED light fittings in common areas instead of conventional light fittings for more energy savings
